Building Management

SL Green Realty Corp. and our dedicated building staff perform a wide array of Property Management services and other “behind the scenes” activities vital to the operation of the property.  We are committed to providing first-class services to you and your employees and are here to assist you with issues or concerns you may have relating to your occupancy at this SL Green property.  These include, but are not limited to:
  1. Maintenance emergencies, such as leaks, HVAC, mechanical failure, etc.
  2. Power outages
  3. Lighting problems
  4. Temperature control
  5. Request for HVAC services after hours, or on weekends and holidays
  6. All key and locksmith requests
  7. After hour freight elevator service
The telephone number for the Building Management Office is 212-826-0894.  In addition, the email address for the building management team is 450park@slgreen.com.  Requests for overtime or special services may be coordinated through Building Engines.

Your Property Management Office maintains an updated list consisting of your Authorized Tenant Representative(s) who is (are) empowered to make or authorize others to make requests for services.  Additionally, our office, based upon information received from you, updates a list of “Essential Persons” to be notified in case of an emergency, both during and after business hours.
